Peopoly Model Resin
This resin is ideal for model making. With its high hardness, user can print small details and thin walls with ease.
– Optimized for Moai’s 405nm UV laser
– Contains 2 bottles of 500 grams
– Clean by 95% Ethanol or IPA
– Works with 405nm laser printer but may need changes to your print setting.
– Selected colors (Grey) can be used in Formlabs Form1+ and Form2 printer.
Colors: blue, gray, white, neon green, clear, black, red.
Moai standard resin is a UV curable acrylate-based resin developed for laser SLA printer. It responds to 405nm UV light and has a follow mechanical property:
Hardness (Shore D): ASTM D2240 82
Tensile strength at break (Mpa): ASTM D638M 60
Elongation at break(%): ASTM D638M 8%
Young’s modulus (MPa): ASTM D638M 830
At 25C degrees, the viscosity is 600cps. Density is 1.13
The ideal printing temperature is 20 to 30C. The higher the temperature, the lower the viscosity and requires less UV energy to cure. Once cured, it can withstand temperature up to 70C before softening.
Peopoly Model HiTemp Resin – Flesh tone is designed for higher resolution and smooth finishes. It is favored by many sculptors and modelers for final products or mold making. The flesh tone is incredibly smooth with good details and is very easy to post process, greatly reduce finish time. We made this high-temperature resin especially for you.

Resin vat
This is the vat designed to work for Moai SLA printer. Pricing with PeoResin, it should last around 4L of usage if printing at recommended level of energy. This vat is made of acrylic has a layer of PDMS at the bottom.
This vat is also compatible with Form1 and Form1+
Moai’s Build Platform is created as a single CNC aluminum piece. It provides better rigidity and durability.

The NEW Build Platform
This new plate is designed to make leveling much easier. Just loosen the 4 screws on the build plate, lower it to the vat and then tighten the screws up. And you are done. Full metal designed and is ideal to use with both FEP and PDMS vat.
Film based Vat designed for Moai. Includes 3 metal pieces vat assembly + 1 acrylic tensioner + 1 FEP film. Make sure you pick up extra FEP films when ordering this vat.

This UV LED fixture is ideal for fast curing your print with 6 high power 405nm UV LED. It can solidify photosensitive resin efficiently and speed up post-processing. When held within 5cm of the resin, the resin will cure in just 10 seconds. Thicker parts will require a long time.
This device can be used handheld or as much of curing system. Due to the intensity of UV light output, the user must wear eye protection or their eyes will feel strained after extended exposure.
